Food Drives

United Neighbors of Fall River in collaboration with the Department of Social Services conducts food drives throughout the year to benefit the Fall River Emergency Food Cupboard. 

The following are recent food drives that we have coordinated with various community partners:

Summer 2008 ~ Sovereign Bank "Feed our Families" Food Drive

Thank you to the Mariano Bishop Blvd Branch for collecting food!! 

October 22-November 16, 2007 ~ Kyle O'Brien's "Feed our Families" Food Drive

Kyle is doing this community project in order to get his black belt.  He has coordinated this drive at his school and karate studio.

July 2006 ~ Sovereign Bank "Feed our Families" Food Drive

We would like to sincere thank the staff at both branches of Sovereign bank!  Thanks to them, we were able to stock the food shelves at the Emergency Food Cupboard in the month of July.  The Mariano Bishop Blvd branch collected over 200 items and won the pizza party for their branch!  Thanks!

August 2006 ~ St. Anne's Credit Union "Feed our Families" Food Drive
