Parents Helping Parents offers free, confidential and anonymous weekly support groups for parents throughout Massachusetts. Share experiences and get support and encouragement from other parents. The Parental Stress Line 1-800-632-8188 offers an immediate response to parents in crisis who need support and assistance and who may wish to remain anonymous. The Parental Stress Line 1-800-632-8188 offers support, empathy, information, referrals, and crisis intervention to parents and caregivers throughout Massachusetts who are having difficulty coping with the stresses of parenting. The Line is staffed by trained volunteer counselors and operates twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. The Parental Stress Line 1-800-632-8188 receives approximately 3,500 calls every year concerning issues ranging from effective discipline to drug abuse.
